No Refunds: Sameer Graphics does not offer refunds for any graphic design services provided. Once the design work has been initiated, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to changes in business circumstances, dissatisfaction with the design concept, or project cancellation.

Client Responsibilities: As a client, it is your responsibility to provide accurate and comprehensive design briefs, specifications, and any necessary materials within the agreed-upon timeline. Failure to do so may result in delays or revisions that do not qualify for refunds.

Revisions and Edits: We value customer satisfaction and are committed to working closely with you to achieve the desired outcome. Therefore, we provide a specific number of revisions based on the package or agreement. However, any additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur additional fees.

Agreement Termination: In the event that you wish to terminate the project before its completion, no refunds will be provided for the work already completed or in progress. Any outstanding fees or expenses incurred will remain due and payable.

Dispute Resolution: In the unlikely event of a dispute, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution. However, disputes shall not warrant a refund for services rendered.
